Jessica helps clients navigate their legal issues in an empathic, approachable and practical way, and has a true passion for advocacy.

Jessica has proven herself skilled both in and out of the courtroom, having appeared before all levels of Courts in Nova Scotia, including the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal. Jessica is an intelligent practitioner and has built a reputation as an exceptional negotiator.

Jessica received her Honors’ Degree in Psychology from Mount Allison University in 2008, before completing her law degree at Dalhousie University in 2011.

Jessica is a former Chair of the Alice House Board of Directors and has been involved with many community organizations including reachAbility, Don’t Be Afraid, Habitat for Humanity, to name a few. Jessica is also the past recipient of numerous awards including Dalhousie’s Constance R. Glube Bursary for Leadership in the Advancement of Women in the Legal Profession. Most recently, Jessica was recognized in the Best Lawyers in Canada 2022 publication.
