Why work with us?

Our whole team works remotely; we meet with clients, as needed, at a private workspace. We think that a virtual model provides our team members with the opportunity to have a better work/life balance. Given we don't have the costs associated with a physical space, we are able to offer our team competitive salaries and lower targets. We think our model makes our team members less susceptible to the burnout we often see among legal professionals, and we are able to facilitate a more sustainable long-term career in the helping profession that is family law.

Culture

We nurture a law firm culture that supports our team members both as legal professionals and as human beings. We communicate and collaborate on files daily and meet monthly for team building activities. We believe that our virtual model provides team members with the opportunity to more easily achieve a work/life balance.

Mission

Beyond the goal of providing compassionate and quality client service, Chapman Family Law aims to mentor, empower and advance women in the legal industry. We aim to disrupt the social hierarchy that is often found in law firms and see one another as equal contributors to the success of each file, client and the business, as a whole.

Benefits

Team members are provided with competitive wages, fitness allowances, health benefits, cell phone allowances and free meditation apps.
